How much does new siding cost?+
It depends on the material, wall area, and how much prep the walls need. We give a clear written quote after a free site visit.
Which siding is best for Lower Mainland rain?+
Fiber cement and LP SmartSide both perform very well here — as long as they go over a proper rainscreen with correct flashing, which we include.
Do you work with builders and contractors?+
Yes. We do new construction, renovations and custom homes, and we're used to working to plans and tight schedules.
Do you replace soffit and fascia too?+
Yes — vinyl, wood and metal systems, installed with proper ventilation.
